Capacitive high performance sensors  now with sensitivity indication!
Rechner-Sensors now offer their new capacitive high performance sensors with an option of sensitivity indication (SI). The user will see, by means of a second LED, if the adjusted sensing distance is within the allowed range. The LED is green within the type dependent nominal sensing distance (Sn); it is orange from Sn until Smax and it flashes red if the sensing distance exceeds the maximum usable sensing distance. The sensor should not be used in this status. With this sensitivity indication the user can easily determine the optimal sensing distance for the application.
This feature is available for capacitive sensors with diameter > 30 mm.

High Performance Proximity Sensor. M32 - 50 mm Sensing Distance!
A new record sensing distance is achieved with Rechner’s High Performance Proximity Sensors. The M32 threaded sensor with a 5 cm active area and flush mounting allows a sensing distance of more then 50 mm. This corresponds to 5 times the Sn of a standard M30 sensor.
The PEEK covered active area offers excellent protection, since this material is considered as oil resistant, resistant to nearly all chemicals and physiologically harmless. It also has very good mechanical characteristics, like abrasion resistance. This 4 wire DC sensor is available with antivalent (NO/NC) PNP switching output.

Capacitive Proximity Sensor. M8 - so small yet also such High Performance
Gourmets will know about Lampertheim’s exquisite asparagus. Also it is no news that Lampertheim is the origin of excellent sensor technology, capacitive sensors from RECHNER. New, is that Rechner’s M8 x 1 body capacitive sensors are now also available with the exceptional High PerformanceCharacteristics. That means with 3 times higher sensing distance than the norm, high temperatur stability up to 100°C and excellent EMC-characteristics. Moreover it has a potentiometer for the sensitivity adjustment.

The Top-Team In The Ex-Area
RECHNER-Sensors have a wide reaching program of Ex-protected sensors. The product family comprise capacitive and inductive proximity sensors in cylindrical size from 6.5 to 40 mm in diameter. NAMUR sensors and proximity sensors with NPN or PNP transistor output rank among the standard. With the ex-protected isolation amplifiers the product range is complete. The ATEX-certified units are available for areas with danger of gas explosion (Zone 0,1 and 2) and for areas with danger of dust explosion (Zone 20, 21 und 22). Capacitive Sensor - an all round performance ensures everything runs  well !
Rechner’s capacitive filling level detection sensor is especially designed for the detection of very adhesive products. The non-stick characteristic of the PTFE housing is enhanced with the round tip of the sensor. These sensors are often used in the chemical industry as well as in the food industry.
